This notice describes the information involved when you visit the Stanley Web Company website or contact us about a project.

When you visit

This is a static website hosted by Netlify. We haven't added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or a customer account system. The hosting provider may process technical information such as an IP address, browser information, and request logs to deliver and secure the site. See Netlify's privacy policy for its practices.

When you email us

The contact links open your email app. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send your email. We receive the email address and information you include, such as your name, business details, and project requirements. Our contact inbox uses Gmail, so email is processed through Google's service. How we use your inquiry

We use the information you send to respond, discuss your project, and carry out work you agree to. Please don't email passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive credentials. If a project needs account access, we will agree on an appropriate way to arrange it separately.

Questions and requests

You can ask about information you've shared, request a correction, or ask us to delete an inquiry by emailing stanleywebcompany@gmail.com. We may need to retain information related to active work or legal obligations.
